Currently, shipping is included in the price.

Delivery Times

​Please note: Due to current logistics and customs processes, delivery can take up to 6 weeks, especially for international orders.

Packaging and Shipping

I personally ensure that each artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. I use high-quality, acid-free materials and robust outer packaging to safeguard your painting. For larger pieces, I use custom-built crates to provide maximum protection.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your painting's journey to its new home.

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured at no extra cost to you, ensuring peace of mind from studio to your doorstep.

Customs and Import Duties

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Personal Delivery

I offer personal delivery. This service is available for Vienna and extends to the states of Lower Austria (Niederösterreich) and Northern Burgenland (Nordburgenland). With personal delivery, I have the opportunity to present the artwork to you directly and answer any questions you might have.
