He wanted to fly. So I gave him a giraffe.
A little boy floats through golden light, holding on to his flying giraffe. Neither of them seems to question how this is possible. They are simply off on an adventure.
There is something wonderful about the things that make perfect sense to us as children. A giraffe can take us into the sky. A little hand only needs to hold on. And for a moment, we can imagine going with them.
 
Who needs wings when you have a giraffe?
 
This original is intentionally left untitled. The collector may choose its name — something personal, a memory, a feeling, or simply the first words that come to mind.

THE PROCESS
Each work begins with an original digital composition created by me on a tablet, which is transferred to artist canvas and then extensively developed by hand with acrylics, pigments, palette knives and textured impasto. Through multiple layers of painting and reworking, the digital foundation and physical painting become one.
