RETURN POLICY
Return Policy (14-Day Right of Withdrawal under EU Law)
I want you to be truly happy with your chosen artwork. However, if for any reason you decide to return the piece, please note the following:
- The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
- If the artwork was shipped in a custom transport box or included special requests (such as a custom-made frame), the costs for these individual adjustments, including materials, time, and packaging, will be deducted from the refund — unless already covered by the buyer in advance.
- The initial shipping costs will also not be refunded unless legally required.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
All original artworks are carefully packaged and fully insured during transport.
In the rare case that an artwork arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive at all, the buyer is obliged to report the issue to their local postal service or delivery company without delay, in order for the insurance to cover the damage or loss.
Please understand: If the buyer fails to file a report or refuses to cooperate with the necessary claims process, no refund or replacement can be provided, as the insurance will not accept liability without such documentation.
